The house is located on the seashore, it is of unique construction, made of stone in the Mediterranean style.
It is located far from the city crowd and overcrowded beaches. It is an ideal place for true nature lovers and all those who want a break from the busy city life.
In front of the house there is a rocky shore with deep and crystal clear water. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk through the forest.
There are 3 apartments for sale, 3 floors to be exact:
- large apartment with 3 bedrooms and a large terrace (max 12 people)
- apartment with 2 bedrooms and a terrace (max 6 people)
- apartment in the attic (max 6 people)
We are animal lovers and have cats and a dog so pets are welcome.
The approach to the house from the main road is macadam (330 m).
We are 18 km from Bar, and 9 km from Ulcinj.
In cooperation with the local tourist agency, we organize excursions through Montenegro
(Skadar lake, Old town of Bar and Ulcinj, medicinal women's beach in Ulcinj, Cruise, Bay of Kotorska, Canyoning in the hinterland of Bar, Mini Montenegrin tour, Rafting on the Tara River, Ostrog Monastery...).
