Larger two bedroom apartment (Maritimo di Cattaro) is a separate apartment for families / 4 people. It contains two bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchen and bathroom. Each room has TV, cable and WIFI. The apartment is located on the second floor.
The smaller apartment (Fiore di Cattaro) is a modernly equipped studio of 25m2 super-functional for two people / couples. It has a kitchen integrated into the living room and a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. Cable and fast WIFI. The studio is located on the first floor.
The Maritimo di Cattaro has a terrace overlooking the sea while the Fiore di Cattaro overlooks the village road.
Depending on the need, a garage or parking space is provided inside or in front of the building.
IDEA supermarket is only 30m away from apartments, cafes and restaurants at 80-100m. Beaches are within walking distance - City Beach 5min, Mandrac (Beach bar) 10min, Huma (Lux Plaza & bar) 12min.
