Beautiful apartment with a phenomenal view of the sea and mountains.

The apartment, built and furnished in 2018, is located on the third floor of the complex. Features a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a balcony. The apartment is located in the beautiful Bay of Kotor (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and 300 meters from the beach. There are also various shops and restaurants. Bus stop a few meters in front of the building. An excellent base for visiting many sights and picturesque old towns (Herceg Novi, Igalo, Kotor, Perast, Tivat and Budva). Also in the immediate vicinity (600 m) is the newest Kotor attraction Portonovi. A little further, across the border in Croatia, you can admire the medieval city of Dubrovnik.

The apartment is luxuriously equipped with, among other things, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, free Wifi and cable TV. There are two beds in one room, in the other there is a double bed and in the living room there is a sofa that can be pulled out and used as a comfortable double bed.

Tivat Airport (45 min) and Dubrovnik (1 hour) are relatively close and well accessible by taxi and / or rented car.
