Detached apartment (60 m2) for max. 5 people. Close to Hotel "Falkenstein" and Casino QUEEN. Large balcony (12 m2) and separate small terrace (6 m2). 1 bedroom (2 +1 beds), living room (1 double bed) ... all beds have new, comfortable dormeo mattresses, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher and large refrigerator with freezer ****. Hallway and nice bathroom with washing machine. 2000 liters of hydrophore guarantees you 24 hours a day. You have a powerful SAMSUNG air conditioner and a special large mobile fan. Free high speed internet (WiFi) throughout the apartment available. 2 x LCD TV (127cm and 81cm) with 120 different TOTAL TV programs. Sheets, bed linen, towels and dish towels are free of charge. Prices for the whole accommodation are (regardless of how many people come, but max. 5 people are allowed):
40 € per night May / October ... 450 € for 14 nights ... 750 € for the whole month
45 € per night June / September ... 550 € for 14 nights
65 € per night July / August ... 60 € per night if you stay 10 days or longer
other months are issued only for the whole month ... price 600 € + consumed water and electricity.
