La Serra Holiday Village & Beach Resort is located between the regions of Lazio and Campania in the Province of Caserta, overlooking the sea and close to Formia and Gaeta. It offers a magnificent private beach of 340 metres edged by natural sand dunes and with two beautiful pools of freshwater, one entirely dedicated to children.
The 217 well equipped single floor stone villas, catering for 2 to 5 or more people, are discreetly set in 18 acres of a natural pine wood forest. Complete our offer a typical restaurant/pizzeria and a poolside bar. The resort is very child friendly: mini club, baby dance and entertainment with our Animation Staff, playground, sand beach, car free except one street to reach the parking spaces, plain ground, possibility to rent baby chairs, baby cots and baby strollers.
Other facilities: free Wi-Fi, Internet point at the Reception with two stationary computers, laundrette and infirmary (paying service). Reception open 24h with a multilingual staff ready to organized guided tours and transfers from the main airports and railway stations.
Activities: basket ball, football, volleyball, surf, canoa (free of charge), tennis, table tennis, mini-golf, badminton, boule, bike rental, laundrette and infirmary (paying service).
La Serra is well situated to explore the famed regional attractions like Pompei and Ercolano, Vesuvio and Naples, Capri, Ischia and the Amalfi coast, Caserta and the Royal Palace, Rome, Montecassino Abbey, Gaeta and Sperlonga and Pontine islands.
It’s the ideal place by the sea for a family holiday in the green and for gastronomic and cultural tours to discover the real southern Italy.

VILLAS
Studio Type A for two persons, 25 sq. m. brick villa on single floor with one living room with two single beds, bathroom with shower and kitchen. Possibility for one extra bed. Equipped private patio.
Villa Type B for four persons, 51 sq. m. brick Apartment ground floor with one living room, two bedrooms with two single beds each, kitchen and bathroom. Possibility for one extra bed (sofa). Equipped private patio.
Villa Type D for five persons, 62 sq. m. brick single floor Villa with two bedrooms with two single beds each, one living room with one bed, kitchen and bathroom. Possibility for one extra bed (sofa). Equipped private patio.

RENTAL: Weekly or longer rentals from Saturday to Saturday or Monday to Monday. Mandatory Departure cleaning to pay on the spot.
