Our description
Stegiovana Apartment is a duplex apartment, capacity up to five people. It is located in the center of Stavros, about 150m from the beach, so it is an ideal choice for those who want to be within reach of evening facilities.

The apartment (45m2) is located above the Stella lingerie store. The front door is an accordion door.

It has two separate and air-conditioned bedrooms with one double bed, ie two single beds and a TV, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a small refrigerator and stove. The bathroom is quite small and has an unfenced shower over the tiles.

Towels and bed linen are changed every 4-5 days, while guests maintain the hygiene of their units (if they want cleaning, 10 euros is charged).

Private parking is not provided, so be prepared for a little more crowds during the peak season.

Stegiovana Apartment was last renovated in 2012, it is in good condition and can be a great choice for those who want accommodation in the center, close to all events and facilities of Stavros.

Stegiovana Apartment is located in Stavros in the Thessaloniki Region, in a place also called Platania (after the plane trees). Stavros is a summer destination built on the shores of Strimonikos Bay, just 70-80km from Thessaloniki, Kavala, Serres and Drama. The villa is located 500m from the central beach in Stavros called Platania.

The apartments have two separate bedrooms and one living room connected to the kitchen which is fully equipped with a large refrigerator and stove. Recently renovated in a romantic style, our apartments are ideal for families with children.

Amenities: WiFi internet, TV, terrace, toilet, heating, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator.
