Our description

If you are coming by the main road from the direction of Hanioti, approximately 200m from the famous bakery Lemoni (you will see a sign with the marked direction) turn right and after 30m you will arrive in Philoxenia Village.

Accommodation has 24 air-conditioned studios of 18-20m2. All studios are of the same structure and consist of two double beds, with the possibility of inserting a baby cot. They have a TV, hairdryer and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils for preparing meals, a stove with two hobs and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The studios have spacious terraces, while the ground floor has brick verandas, without a classic fence. Cleaning of studios, change of towels and bed linen is for five days.

In front of the building there is a swimming pool with a separate section for children and a shower.

They have private parking with a limited number of parking spaces. However, since the accommodation is not located in the busy part of Pefkohori, it is not difficult to find a free parking space nearby.

The building was last renovated in 2009 and is in very good condition.

Philoxenia Village is ideal accommodation for families with children and those who want a quiet and relaxing environment by the pool, surrounded by palm trees just 250m from the beach.

Philoxenia Village is part of the Philoxenia complex and is located in Pefkohori, on the Halkidiki peninsula.

It is a modernly designed resort, located about 250m from the beach and a few steps from all amenities in the place. It is located in a quiet location and has four-bed studios. In the yard of the villa there is a swimming pool, a garden with palm trees and a large parking lot that can accommodate a limited number of vehicles, and it is not possible to reserve a parking space.

All studios have a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and TV, hairdryer and terrace with luxury seating and enjoyment, table and pool view. The complex has a wireless internet signal. Philoxenia Village is great for families with children. All studies can accommodate up to 4 people. They have double beds with Swarovski or leather details. They are ideal for friends or families with children.

Guests of the villa can use all the amenities that the Philoxenia hotel offers, in the same complex (restaurant, swimming pool, jacuzzi, chairs for children, celebrations adapted to children). The studios are equipped with a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals and you can also use the breakfast service at the hotel, at an additional cost.

Philoxenia Village is an excellent, new and modernly designed complex located about 250m from the beach in Pefkohori and about 20m from shops. It offers you high quality studios around the pool with palm trees, garden and large parking lot, in a quiet environment.
