Our description

Accommodation Katerina Apartments is located 200m from the center of Pefkohori and about a hundred meters from the beach. It was completely renovated in 2010. It is located in a fantastic location, because only 50m away there are two large markets, Masoutis and Marinopoulos, and the best and widest part of the beach in Pefkohori is a hundred meters away. In a small street, not in the main one, so the environment is calmer. They are open all year round, and you can find the owners every day at the reception on the ground floor.

Katerina Apartments has 11 apartments and one studio.

Double studio (2 + 1) has an area of about 28m2 and is located on the first floor. It has an equipped kitchen (fridge, dishes, two-burner stove) and one double bed, with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a child up to 10 years.

The apartments can be four-bed, five-bed and six-bed and the area is between 32-35m2.

The four-bed apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and bunk beds (or two single beds, one of which can be pulled out as a drawer) in the living room with kitchen. The five-bed apartments have a double bed in the bedroom and bunk beds with a (third) drawer bed in the living room with kitchen. Six-bed apartment is located on the ground floor. It has one double bed in the bedroom and two more single beds with drawer beds (four in total) in the living room with kitchen. This apartment does not have a fenced terrace, but has a brick veranda with seating. The kitchens in all apartments also have an oven.

* The drawer bed has a metal construction, standard dimensions and has a mattress of standard thickness and length, so that an adult can sleep in it.

All terraces are spacious, separate for each studio and apartment and have seating. Towels and linen are changed every 5 days. The washing machine is available to guests for a fee of 7 euros.

In the yard, guests have at their disposal a covered summer house with a barbecue, gas stove, sink and a large dining table. There is also a shower in the yard.

The boss is in charge of parking and tries to find a place for each guest in the immediate vicinity. If you want, 50m from the accommodation is (provided) private parking for 5 euros per day.

The beach that is nearby is sandy, wide and has enough space to place your parasols and towels. The entrance to the water is gradual.

The apartments are spacious, clean and in a good location not far from the promenade. Because of all that, they are a good recommendation for accommodation in Pefkohori.

Apartments Katerina are located in Pefkohori, only 100m from the beach. All apartments at Katerina have a balcony and simply decorated interior. Each unit has a TV with satellite channels. A mini fridge and a mini stove with oven as well as utensils are in the well-equipped kitchenette. The apartments have four beds and a living room and a bedroom. The bedroom usually has a double bed while the living room has two single beds (or bunk beds) or a sofa bed. The area of the apartment is 33 square meters. All apartments have air conditioning, equipped kitchen, bathroom, terraces, and apartments on the top floor and sea view.

Guests can enjoy the on-site flower garden and barbecue facilities. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Please note that maintenance of the apartment during the stay is the responsibility of the guests. In the immediate vicinity of the villa there is a public parking.

The villa is located near all amenities, so there are shops, supermarkets, bakeries, fruit shops just 50m from it. In the city center, which is close to the villa, there are souvenir shops, cafeterias, taverns and restaurants. If you want quality accommodation in the city, very close to the beach and all amenities Katerina apartments can be a great choice.

In the apartments Katarina, located 100m from the coast with a beautiful beach, you will spend a carefree vacation with your family. For all who want to shop, the supermarket is only 50m away, as well as bakeries and grocers.
