Kassandrinos Apartments Katerina is located 30 meters from the sea, in the center of the Nikiti Walking Zone. You can reach them if you turn up the side street from the Almire restaurant.

The Cassandrinos complex is located inside a nicely arranged, safe and fenced yard with a summer house, a playground for children and a barbecue. This facility belongs to the Cassandrinos family, and the accommodation units are divided into two sectors managed by the kind owners Katerina and Maria. The house has a small private parking at the back, without the possibility of reserving a parking space.

Accommodation consists of eight apartments - four triple rooms of 25m2 and four quadruple rooms of 30-35m2.

All apartments have been renovated.

The apartments on the ground floor are new, built in 2013. They consist of a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large fridge, with one or two single beds. The bathrooms have a shower with a curtain and a hairdryer. In front of these apartments there are unfenced verandas with a table and chairs.

The four-bed apartment on the first floor has the same bed arrangement, with the kitchen with a small oven located at the entrance to the apartment. This apartment has two spacious and beautiful balconies from the front and back.

The three-bed apartment on the second floor has two connected single beds in the bedroom (can be separated if guests wish), and one single bed is located in the living room with kitchen which has a small oven and a large refrigerator. This accommodation unit has the most spacious balcony.

The four-bed apartment on the second floor is the same as the apartment on the first floor.

All accommodation units have one air conditioner and one TV.

The apartment is cleaned for three days, when towels and bed linen are changed. Guests can use the washing machine at an additional cost if required.

We welcome you to our hotel located 30 meters from the golden beaches and clear waters. Our hotel has aesthetically arranged and equipped apartments with handmade furniture that can accommodate from one to four people.

Each apartment has a balcony, free wireless internet (Wi-Fi), fences for small children, comfortable branded mattresses, fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator, stove (oven on request), kettle and all utensils, tables and chairs on the balconies, bathroom (shower), hot water 24 hours, individually controlled air conditioning, safe garden with summer house, barbecue and playground for children, TV (available for our clients 9-14h and 18-23h). Apartment cleaning and linen change is done every three days.

The beautiful city of Nikiti is located at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, 90km from Thessaloniki. The main beach is very wide and easily accessible, with shallow and crystal clear water, ideal for families with small children. It is very easily accessible so it can be reached on foot or by car. At the beginning of the beach is the church of St. Theodora. In the old village there are streets that we walk and admire since 1830, as well as the church of Agios Nikitas. Hiking enthusiasts can visit Mount Gia. It is a beautiful mountain with a distinct flora and fauna, ideal for hiking or cycling (there are forest trails and many signs for orientation). You can admire the spectacular landscapes on both sides of Toroni, as well as from the Gulf of Mount Athos.
