Stefania Studios in Neos Marmaras could be a great choice for all those who crave a real vacation, within walking distance of all amenities. The special benefits of this accommodation include the spaciousness of the accommodation units, elevator, free use of shared washing machine, spacious terrace overlooking the sea, tranquility of the place and the kindness of the owner. Stefania has studios for two to four people and an apartment for four people.

Stefania Studios is only 300m from Paradisos beach, 750m from the town center, and about 400m from pharmacies and shops.

Stefania Studios has five studios (22-25m2) for two, three or four people (2, 3 and 4 Bed Studio) and one 45m2 apartment for four people (4 Bed Apartment). All accommodation units are located on the third floor, except for one double studio which is on the first and which is the smallest in size of all listed (2 Bed Studio, 1st floor). All accommodation units have a beautiful sea view and spacious terraces separated by a wall, with seating.

Double studios have two connected single beds, triple studios have one double and one single bed, or two connected and one separate single bed, while quadruple studios have one double bed and a sofa bed the size of a double bed. The studios have a kitchen equipped with a single hob, fridge with freezer and kitchenware.

The apartment has one double bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room with kitchen. The kitchen in the apartment is equipped with a stove, refrigerator with freezer, stove, coffee maker and the necessary utensils. Both rooms of the apartment have access to the terrace.

All accommodation units have modern mosquito nets, a TV, air conditioning and a small narrow bathroom with a shower with a curtained wall. The internet signal is not always equally strong and it can happen that the connection breaks when several users are connected, so you should definitely keep that in mind if you need a strong internet signal.

Cleaning, as well as change of bed linen and towels, is done after three nights.

The accommodation has a stone courtyard which, however, is not intended for sitting.

At the entrance to Neos Marmaras, turn into Akopoleos Street and follow it for about 770m, and at the bend towards the sea you will see Stefania.

The studios provide modern amenities, exude cleanliness and tidiness, and offer holiday accommodation during the summer and winter. They are 150m from Paradisos beach, 50m from the camping area in Marmaras and 300m from the central square. Enjoy stunning views of Toron Bay and spend a wonderful stay at Stefania Studios.
