Our description
Accommodation Gatos Studios enjoys a quiet location, about 200m from the center of Asprovalta and offers 16 studios for 2-4 people. In addition to well-maintained, clean units, guests have at their disposal a yard, barbecue and parking.

The nearest shop, bakery and restaurant are in the center, 200m, and the beach is about 350m away,

The area of the studio ranges from 20 to 25m2. All have air conditioning, internet, TV, mosquito nets, tumble dryer, kitchen (with two-burner stove and small refrigerator), bathroom (with enclosed shower without curtain) and terrace. A baby cot is available on request, upon request.

The hair dryer only exists in lux studios, and guests of other studios can request a hair dryer from the owner.

Ordinary studios are located on the high ground floor, three steps above ground level. Each has at least one double bed, and next to it the triple studios have one single bed, and the quadruple or one more double bed or bunk beds.

Lux studios are on the first floor. They are better equipped than ordinary ones, there are more dishes in the kitchen, and the types of beds are the same as in ordinary studios, except that they do not have bunk beds.

Cleaning of units is done every 3-4 days, change of bed linen once a week, while towels are changed when guests want and with each change a set of towels costs 2 euros.

If you are looking for decent accommodation in a quiet location in Asprovalta, Gatos Studios may be a good choice for you.

Asprovalta is located in the bay of Strimonikos, where endless beaches awarded by the European Union dominate.

You can also visit some of the archeological sites such as Stagira, Amphipolis, Thessaloniki, Kavala, Mount Athos, Vergina, the Monastery of Saint Lydia.

Gatos Studios & Apartments is a family villa built in 2015. It is located on a private property of 1200m2 in the center of the village, just five minutes walk from the beach and shops. Each accommodation unit is designed to provide comfort and hospitality to our visitors.

Warm and peaceful environment, ideal for families with children, as a brand new rooms are fully equipped and offer the best choice for a relaxing holiday.

Bed linen is changed once a week, while with each change, a set of towels is charged extra.
