Xenonas Nostos Rooms is an accommodation in the center of Amuliani, offering seven accommodation units. Three units have a kitchen, and in addition to a good location, the main advantage of accommodation is private parking.

At 300m from the accommodation there is the nearest small beach, and the nearest larger, organized beach is about 1km away. The nearest bakery is across the street from the accommodation, and the nearest market and restaurant are 50m away.

Out of a total of seven units, four are double rooms, one is a triple studio, and two are apartments, one for five people and one for four people. One of the apartments is suitable for people with disabilities, because it has a ramp.

Double rooms (15-17m2) are on the first floor. They have one double or two single beds, a small refrigerator and a stove with one hob, for making coffee.

Triple studio (30m2) is on the second floor, in the attic. It has one double bed and one sofa, a large fridge and a small stove with oven. From this unit there is a sea view.

Apartments (40m2) are on the ground floor. One apartment has a double and single bed in the kitchen and another double bed in the bedroom, and is suitable for five people, and the other apartment is quadruple, with two connected single beds in the kitchen and one double bed in the bedroom. The four-bed apartment has two bathrooms. The kitchens of these units have one stove with two hobs.

All units have air conditioning, internet, TV, terrace, mosquito nets, hair dryer and safe. A baby cot can be provided on request.

The bathrooms have shower trays, some with a curtain and some without a curtain.

Cleaning of units, as well as change of towels and bed linen is done every three days.

The building has no yard.

Xenonas Nostos Rooms is a traditional rental house just 50m from the island’s port and is available all year round. There are four rooms, two spacious apartments and one studio. Accommodation units are air conditioned and fully equipped, with bathroom, shower, hairdryer, coffee maker, safe, kitchen, refrigerator, LCD TV, free WiFi internet and private balcony for a pleasant stay.

The pension is located in a very convenient location in the central part of the island, next to the port, park and bus stop, near shops.

Double rooms (15m2) no. 1 and 2 are located on the first floor. They have one double bed, mosquito nets, coffee maker, dishes, cups, glasses and their own balcony.

Double rooms (17m2) no. 3 and 4 are on the first floor. They have one double bed and an extra bed for a child, mosquito nets, a coffee maker, dishes, cups, glasses and a private balcony.

Our unique studio is located on the second floor. It has one double bed and a sofa bed for a maximum of three people. There is also a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, mini-stove with oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, crockery, cups and cutlery.

The four-bed apartment consists of two rooms, with one French, ie. two single beds and two bathrooms. Each room has its own air conditioning and LED TV. It is located on the ground floor, with two large terraces (front and rear) and a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils.

The five-bed apartment consists of two bedrooms, with two double and one single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and a 40-inch LED TV, and a large bathroom. It is located on the ground floor, with two large terraces (front and rear).
