Our description
Pension Evi on Amuljanija offers six units with kitchen, capacity 2-5 people for internet reservations. In addition to a good location, its main advantage is a small yard behind the house, with a space for socializing, a shared kitchen and a barbecue.

It is 350m away from the town center, the nearest market is 150m away, the nearest bakery is 50m away and a restaurant is 30m away. At 30m from the house there is a small unorganized beach, and the nearest organized beach (Alikes) is 1km away.

All units are air conditioned, have internet, TV and mosquito nets. A baby cot can be provided upon request at the time of booking, and a hairdryer can be borrowed from the owner on site when needed.

The shared kitchen next to the barbecue and seating area has a large table, sink and small refrigerator.

Accommodation has an elevator.

Budget studios are located in the basement, and the area is 20-30m2. One is double (or 2 + 1), one is triple, and two are quadruple. The double and triple studios in the kitchen have a small refrigerator and a stove with two hobs, and the four-bed studio has a small stove with oven and a large refrigerator. There are showers in the bathrooms of the double, triple and one quadruple studio, and the other four-bed studio has a bathtub. These units do not have a terrace.

Five-bed apartments are 40m2. One is on the first floor and the other on the second floor. The apartments have terraces with awnings, two air conditioners, two TVs and a safe. They have one double bed in the bedroom, and in the dining room connected to the kitchen there are sofa beds that can sleep three people. Both apartments in the kitchen have a large refrigerator, and one has a large stove, while in the kitchen of the other apartment is a small stove with oven. In the bathrooms the apartments have showers.

Cleaning of the units is done daily, and change of towels and bed linen every three days.

As the accommodation does not have private parking, guests park their cars on the street.
