GdeNaMore.com is an online portal for advertising and promoting accommodation facilities and other tourism services. The service is digital – there is no physical delivery of goods.
Types of services and packages
The portal offers the following advertising services:
- Premium accommodation advertising package – publication of an accommodation profile (photos, description, location, contact information).
- Premium advertising package with a guaranteed position on the first page for the selected destination.
- Premium advertising package with a guaranteed position on other pages.
- Additional services – by agreement (e.g. photo editing, ad copy preparation, special campaigns).
A detailed description of each package, duration, included services and prices is shown on the pricing page and/or in the specific contract/offer. Before payment the customer can review all selected items and the final price.
Prices, currencies and billing
Prices are expressed in Serbian dinars (RSD). If necessary, an informational price in another currency may be displayed, but charges are made exclusively in RSD.
GdeNaMore.com reserves the right to change prices. The price valid for the customer is the one that applies at the moment the order is submitted, i.e. at the moment of payment.
Ordering process
- The customer (advertiser) selects a package and advertising period on the portal.
- Before confirming the order the customer reviews the selected services and the total price.
- The customer confirms acceptance of these rules and the general advertising terms.
- The customer chooses the payment method – by card online or as otherwise agreed (e.g. bank transfer).
- After a successful payment the system shows a confirmation page and the customer receives an e-mail confirmation.
Online card payment
Payments by card are processed through the secure online payment system Monri WSPay. Cards issued by banks that support online transactions can be used (Visa, Mastercard and other cards accepted by the bank).
Card data is entered on the protected page of the payment processor and we as the merchant have no access to the card number, CVV code or any other confidential information.
Conversion statement
All payments are made in Serbian dinars (RSD). If your card is linked to an account in another currency, the amount charged will be converted into the settlement currency of the issuing bank according to that bank’s policy. Due to currency conversion there may be minor differences between the price shown on the site and the amount debited from the customer’s account.
Protection of confidential data
When entering card details, confidential data is transmitted over a public network in protected (encrypted) form using SSL and state-of-the-art encryption methods. Processing and storage of card data is performed by Monri WSPay in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.
GdeNaMore.com does not process or store card data. We only receive information about the transaction status (successful/unsuccessful), date and amount.
Payment processor – Monri WSPay
Card transactions are processed by our certified partner Monri Payments d.o.o. (WSPay). Additional information about the payment system is available on the processor’s official website.
Card payments and security
Payment security is ensured through advanced security protocols and tokenization. Depending on the card and the issuing bank, additional authentication may be activated (3-D Secure / Mastercard Identity Check / Visa Secure).
In the event of card misuse the user should immediately contact the card-issuing bank in accordance with the bank’s rules.
Fiscal receipt and invoice
After a successful payment the customer receives a confirmation e-mail with basic order data. In line with applicable regulations, consumers receive a fiscal receipt, and legal entities/sole proprietors receive an invoice or e-invoice.
Service activation and delivery
The advertising service is considered delivered when:
- the listing is activated on the portal, or
- a confirmation is sent that the listing will be activated from a specified date (e.g. campaign start date).
Activation usually occurs immediately after the payment is recorded, and no later than within 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
If a listing is not activated within the agreed time or the service is not provided as described in the contract/offer, the customer has the right to submit a complaint and request a refund.
Complaints are submitted electronically to office@gdenamore.com. The request should include the order number, payment date, name/company name and a description of the issue.
If approved, refunds are made only via the same payment instrument used for the original payment (card, account, etc.) in line with the rules of the bank and payment processor. Cash refunds are not possible for transactions paid by card.

Prohibited transactions
It is forbidden to use payment cards in a way that violates the laws of the Republic of Serbia and the rules of card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Transactions tied to money laundering, terrorism financing or other illegal activities will be declined and may be reported to the competent authorities.
Content rules and advertiser responsibility
The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all data in their listing (photos, description, prices, availability, contact). GdeNaMore.com cannot guarantee the accuracy of each offer and is not liable for damage that might arise from incorrect data entered by the advertiser.
Privacy and cookies
GdeNaMore.com respects user privacy. Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary for the portal to function, to provide advertising services, to process payments and to meet legal obligations. More information can be found in the Privacy Policy.
The site uses cookies for functionality, traffic analytics and, if applicable, personalized content. By using the site you agree to the use of cookies according to your browser settings.
Cancellation and termination
The customer may request deactivation of a listing before the end of the advertising period. In that case, if the service has already been partially or fully used, the customer is not entitled to a proportional refund unless otherwise agreed.
Complaints, disputes and jurisdiction
The merchant and the customer will try to resolve any disputes amicably. If that is not possible, the court at the merchant’s seat (Belgrade court) has jurisdiction, and the law of the Republic of Serbia applies.
Changes to these terms
GdeNaMore.com may amend these rules and payment terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page and will apply to new orders from the date of publication. We recommend that you check periodically for updates.
FAQ
Which cards do you accept? Cards issued by banks that support online payment through the Monri WSPay system
(Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, American Express, DinaCard – according to the agreement with the payment processor).
When will my listing be live? Usually immediately after the payment is recorded, and no later than within 24 hours,
unless otherwise agreed.
Do you store card data? No. Confidential data is handled by Monri WSPay; we only receive the transaction status.
