Our Apartments are located in Agios Ioannis ,a village on the eastern side of Pelion in Magnesia. It is 45 km away from the city of Volos. You can reach out only using the road network passing from Volos and making your way through the magical mountain of Pelion.

Pelion, combines the natural beauty of the mountain and the sea. You can choose from a variety of activities which include hicking, surfing, yoga treats,fishing and of course swimming in one of the near local beaches of our village (Agios Ioannis, Plaka, Papa Nero beach ), which are organized with umbrellas, or the other nearby beaches as Damouchari, Fakistra, Agioi Saranda etc.

The Small and the Big Apartment are just 100 meters away from the Papa Nero ,a sandy beach with blue crystal water also preferable for watersports as surfing, sap etc.

At a distance of 200m from the apartments is the main beach Agios Ioannis it offers plenty of entertainment for families and youth, as well as restaurants, cafes and bars.

At a short distance north of Agios Ioannis place is the beach Plaka with crystal clear waters and lush vegetation that reaches to the edge of the beach.

Damouchari (Mama mia beach) is a fantastic sandy beach with a natural harbor, 2km away from The Small and The Big Apartment

The Small Apartment
The small apartment is an 30 sq.m and can accommodate up to 3 persons.The small apartment includes: a fully equipped kitchen , washing machine and filtered water cooler in our small kitchen and a double bed & a single bed in our one room apartment , private bathroom with shower column and glass cabin and a beautiful private terrace.

The Big Apartment :
The apartment are 50 sq m. and can accommodate up to 6 people.The Big apartment has a separate bedroom with one double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 people and a living room with two sofa beds and fully equipped kitchen and washing machine as well with filtered water cooler for fresh cold water and private bathroom with shower column and glass cabin, and a great big balcony to relax and enjoy the nature of the mountain and the sea

in both apartments we provide
