A house for a family or social holiday with all the comforts,
terraces, near the beach. Capacity up to 7 people.

2 separate terraces: terrace for rest, terrace for shopping.
Distance from the sea 130m - 3 minutes of sand.
Price: Agreement depending on the period and number of people.

Structure: 3 rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 living room with folding furniture), kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 terraces. The kitchen has its own terrace (dining room), the living room has its own terrace with a view of the sea.

Capacity: 5-7 people.

HOUSE EQUIPMENT

Kitchen:

The kitchen contains all the technical equipment for normal family life: cutlery, knives (large and small), cups, wine glasses, salt, dishes, electric kettle, fruit blender, microwave, 2 types of toasters, stove, washing machine.

Living room - bedroom:

Internet, music line, air conditioning. Large closet with two additional smaller closets for storage. New couch with an additional armchair (click-clack opening system, for sleeping 2 or 3 people as desired).

Terraces:

Kitchen terrace - view of the dining room with a smaller terrace.
Terrace with a view: Loungers, table, chairs, fence - a sledge with two bar stools.

Plot around the house:

A small plot of up to 2 ares, with a pleasant atmosphere for rest with grill equipment. Children can run freely, that is, the house is located in a cul-de-sac (no car traffic). Parking space for a car.

Location: Montenegro, Tivat bay, Krasici, ul. Belgrade BB.
Beaches: Concrete beaches (the entrances are made as for swimming pools), clay beaches, children's clay beaches within the "Zanzibar" cafe bar, all at the same distance.

Distance from the sea: 135m (2-3 min. sand)
Distance from shops and markets: 250m (5 min. sand)
