Pension Katerina is located at the entrance to Ouranopolis, a five minute walk from the center and about 100m from the beach. We offer rooms, studios and apartments, and the units have a capacity for 2-5 people. The accommodation exudes comfort, cleanliness and quality (last renovated in April 2018). It is open all year round.

The building is located on a slight elevation, above the highway. The center is about 500m away. The nearest market, bakery and restaurant are at a distance of 100m.

The beach is unorganized, sandy with small pebbles (you go down the stairs to it). The nearest beach is about 1 km away.

The units are located on the ground floor, on the second and third floor. The owners live on the first floor.

Two apartments (43m2, without bathroom and veranda) for 4-5 people are located on the ground floor (four steps above) and are ideal for families. They consist of two rooms, with one double or two single beds (one apartment has all four single beds) and a folding armchair. They have a well-equipped kitchen with a stove and a large refrigerator with a freezer, a bathroom (has a shower with a curtain) and a veranda facing the sea.

On the second floor there are two double rooms and two triple studios, as well as a common room, where you can read or sit at your laptop. One double room (13m2) has a double bed, kitchenette (stove, sink, small refrigerator), bathroom (shower with curtain) and terrace. The second double room (15m2) has two single beds, a small refrigerator and a terrace with beautiful sea views. One studio has three single beds, a bathroom (shower with curtain) and a terrace with a kitchenette with a small refrigerator. The second studio (Deluxe, 18m2) has a double and single bed, kitchenette with small refrigerator, bathroom with shower and terrace with beautiful sea views.

There are two studios on the third floor (attic). Superior studio (27m2) has two single beds and one drawer bed, so it can accommodate up to four people. There is also an equipped kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator with a medium-sized freezer, a bathroom (shower with curtain) and a terrace with a barbecue, the use of which is charged. The terrace offers a great and picturesque view of Ouranopolis. The second studio (15m2) has a standard double bed and a single bed of slightly larger dimensions, equipped kitchen (stove and large refrigerator with freezer), bathroom (shower with curtain) and a spacious terrace with amazing sea views.

All units are air conditioned, have TV, internet signal, hair dryer and awnings on the terraces.

A fountain is also available to guests.

A cot is available on request, but cannot fit in every unit.

The accommodation also has a reception at the entrance, which is on duty during the day.

There is also the possibility of bed and breakfast, extra charge.

Cleaning of units, as well as change of towels and bed linen is done every 3 days.

Private parking is not provided, but guests can park in the immediate vicinity.

At the entrance to Ouranoupolis, before the secular meets the ascetic life, there is the Pension Katerina, a family estate that provides high standard services and promises you a carefree and relaxing holiday. This accommodation is known for its cleanliness, exceptional views of the islands of Drenia and Amuliani and a sense of hospitality that sets its owners apart from the rest.

A supermarket, a restaurant, a bar, an all-day café and a bus stop are 50 meters from the hotel. The beach is only two minutes away, which is evident in the beautiful sea view from the room. Pension users are able to visit the island of Amuliani, the only uninhabited island in Halkidiki, the islands of Drenia, with a tavern and bar on the beach, as well as Mount Athos, daily excursions from the port. There is also the possibility for pre-arranged transportation of guests and daily excursions by private boat.

Our pension offers four rooms, two spacious apartments and one studio in the attic.

Double rooms with balcony are on the second floor. Each double room has two single beds, air conditioning, TV, bathroom with shower, toiletries and hair dryer.

Triple rooms are located on the second floor. Each has one double and one single bed, air conditioning, TV fridge, coffee maker, stove and bathroom with shower, toiletries and hair dryer. The fully equipped kitchen, located in front, is shared by two rooms. Triple rooms have a balcony with beautiful sea views.

The only room on the third floor includes one double and one single bed (1.20 m) and an armchair. Separate room with fully equipped private kitchen, with fridge and oven, spacious bathroom and large balcony, with the most beautiful view you could ever dream of.

The apartments are located on the ground floor. They have a balcony with a view, and consist of two rooms, with one double or two single beds and a sofa bed. They can comfortably accommodate 4-5 people, and have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and large refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with shower, toiletries and hairdryer. The apartments are ideal to host a family.
