Our description
Accommodation Marianna is located in the first row to the beach, close to the promenade and the center of the charming Nea Rode. It has three comfortable and clean units, suitable for 3-4 people, so it is great for those who want peace and privacy during the summer. The facility is open all year round.

The beach is sandy, landscaped, and with the ordered drink you can use free umbrellas and deck chairs. There is also a shower as well as a changing cabin.

The nearest market is on the other side, ie behind the building, about 30m away.

The units are arranged on the ground floor (three steps above) and on the first floor.

One four-bed apartment is located on the ground floor and the other above it, upstairs. The bedroom has a double bed, while the other room has a kitchen with a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped, has a stove, a small refrigerator with a freezer, while the bathroom has a shower with a bathtub. Both units have a great view of the sea from the terrace or veranda.

Triple studio is located on the ground floor, behind the apartment. It has a double bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, small refrigerator with freezer) and a bathroom (shower with bathtub).

All units are air conditioned and have internet access, a TV, mosquito nets and a hairdryer.

Cleaning of the units, as well as change of bed linen and towels is done in the middle of the stay.

Private parking is not provided, so guests park in the immediate vicinity of the building.

If Nea Roda is your destination this summer, and you want accommodation close to the beach and all amenities, Marianna accommodation is a warm recommendation.
