Apartment Cvjetno is a charming newly renovated apartment of 38 m2 in Cvjetni naselje, located on the 1st floor of a small residential building, intended for short-term (daily) rent for max. 3 people.

In front of the building there is a FREE public parking, and 30m away is the garage of the Hypo Center, which is paid extra.

It is located in Cvjetni naselje near the Sava embankment, 10 minutes from the city center, and between two Zagreb lakes!
In the immediate vicinity are the Hypo Center, Boćarski dom, HRT, Student House "Cvjetno", Zagreb Tower, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture and the Faculty of Philosophy and the University Library.

For easy access to Pleso Airport (or any highway) it is not necessary to go through the city crowds on departure or arrival.

The proximity of the Hypo Center (30 m) as the largest business center in the city enriched with complete infrastructure (garage, cafes, pharmacy, bakery Pan Pek, ATM, perfumery Kozmo, dry cleaning, restaurant, wellness, shop, etc ...) will satisfy even the most demanding guests .

Floral apartment is a modernly decorated and fully equipped apartment complemented by exotic details of distant Asia to provide the guest with all the comforts during their stay.
It consists of a living room and bar separated kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) and a large balcony (as a place to smoke).
In the living room there is a sofa bed for one person (120 cm wide).
