The house is located on the very border of natural resort, park-forest on Ratac peninsula that hides remains of a Benedictine sanctuary, Monastery of Bogorodica ratačka from XI century, just 50 meters from the sea line and three closest beaches. Four two-bed bedrooms and one three-bed bedroom are on the first floor of the house.
House is close to the bus-stops for all city and intercity bus lines. Also, parking places for gests are available if you are coming by car.
