Apartments Stanisic are located in a great location in Herceg Novi, in a quiet environment, just 3 minutes walk to the 7km long Promenade V Danica which stretches along the coast, and along which there are restaurants, cafes and many beaches that can satisfy everyone's taste. . An easy walk, in just 10 minutes you can find yourself in the Old Town, and in 5 minutes in Igalo. Rafaelo Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Herceg Novi, which includes a cafe-bar, pizzeria, restaurant and boat dock, is only 100m from the apartment. In the immediate vicinity there are tennis courts, as well as the possibility of renting kayaks, bicycles, diving equipment, and day trips by boat in the Bay of Kotor, as well as nearby attractive picnic areas and beaches. It offers comfortable, air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi, LCD cable TV, fully equipped kitchens, a bathroom and a balcony overlooking the Bay of Kotor or the sea.
Free parking is available on site with prior reservation of a parking space.

We have comfortable double and triple studios, as well as larger four-bed apartments that have one separate bedroom. All apartments are independent housing units.

To book an apartment, it is necessary to pay an advance of 30% of the total price of the stay.

Check-in is from 12 noon, while check-out is until 10 am. With prior notice, the guest can stay in the apartment until 14:00 with a surcharge of 50%, or after 14:00 with the payment of the full price of daily rent.

Tourist tax is not included in the price of the apartment, and is 1.00 Euro per day for an adult, and 0.50 Euro for children under 12 years.

We do not offer rooms, only apartments.

The price of the apartment depends on the term and length of stay, number of floors and size of the apartment, as well as the number of people.
