Lux Villa is located in the small place Vojnici, near Saint Stefan, Milocer and Budva. Property consists of a main villa capacity for 6-9 people, which has three bedrooms with their own bathroom, balcony, large living room, dining room, kitchen and separate mini studio. On the ground floor next to the pool there is a space suitable for organizing celebrations for 20 persons. Lux Villa have two pools: a smaller inner (winter pool) with mini spa center, which includes a sauna, massage table, shower and toilet and a larger outside pool with large sunbathing area with stunning sea view. Within the villa are also a barbecue with summer kitchen, wine cellar and several large terrace overlooking the sea.
The second part of the villa contains 2 apartments, each with its own bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. There is also a possibility of renting the third apartment on request. Parking and garage are provided for all guests.
The price includes maintenance of the pool and courtyard, as well as sheets and towels once a week.
