Our description

The 2-star Hotel Antigone is located in the wider center of Limenas, in Pier Mie Vampez, across from the Pavlidis car park, about 50 meters from the archeological site of the remains of the Gates of Zeus and Hera. It is some 500 meters away from the city center, and about a kilometer from the city beach.

When you get off the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive along the sea on the main road (about 300 meters). When you reach the part where the narrow road leads straight to the Hotel Vournelis and the beach of the same name, you follow the main road and turn left. When after some 150 meters you reach the first big crossroads (with Dimitriadou Street), continue straight (about 350 meters) all the way to the next big crossroads (with the main road Thassos - Prinos). There, turn left, and after some 650 meters, turn left again (fifth street to the left) into Pier Mie Vampez, where you will see Hotel Antigone after 500 meters on the right. Realistically, the hotel is much closer to the center and the sea, but as the streets leading from the new port to the center are one-way, it is desirable to get to the hotel by car in the described way.

It is a beautiful hotel complex with a well-kept and very large yard and bar, a built-in barbecue and a swimming pool.

There are 10 spacious studios (about thirty square meters), designed for a maximum of three people. Each studio has a kitchenette (two hobs, extractor, refrigerator, sink, dishes, cutlery, electric kettle), separate bathroom with shower and balcony overlooking one or the other side of the yard and surrounding buildings, greenery and hills and mountains in the distance. There is a mosquito net on the balcony door. The furniture in the studios is modern and high quality. In each there are two connected single beds or a double bed. A drawer with a bed for a third person is pulled out of one of the beds. The studios are air conditioned and feature an LCD TV, fridge, safe, hairdryer and wireless internet signal.

The hotel has one apartment consisting of two rooms, bedroom and living room and can accommodate 3-4 people. There are both double and triple suite rooms. The studies in question are more comfortable and modern than the others.

The studio is cleaned daily, and towels and linen are changed every 3 days.

Free parking is possible on the earthen extension, on the street, next to the fence of the hotel yard.

Since many want to be located around the capital, this is a great choice if you also want to have peace, a large yard for children, a swimming pool and a great base for visiting the most beautiful beaches on the island.

Hoel Antigone is close to all amenities in the city - promenades, shops, restaurants. Limenas is also great as a base for touring the island because it is very close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Macriamos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pahis (8km).
