Our description
Ms. Anastasia owns two studios and three apartments arranged in three different buildings.

Anastasia House 2 is located about 300m from the center and offers two studios (25m2) and one apartment. In front of the building there is a parking space.

The studio on the ground floor has one narrower than standard double bed with a drawer and a single bed. The kitchen is equipped, has a small refrigerator and stove. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain and an accordion door. Accommodation capacity of the studio is 2-4 people.

On the first floor there is an apartment with three separate bedrooms. The first has one double and one single bed, the second has a bed with a drawer, while the third bedroom has one double bed. The bedrooms are connected by a long terrace, and all rooms are separated by sliding doors. The kitchen is equipped, has a refrigerator and stove, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain.

On the third floor is a studio for 2-4 people. It has one double bed and a bed with a drawer. The kitchen is equipped, has a refrigerator and stove, and the bathroom has a shower with curtains and accordion doors. The hallway leads to a small balcony overlooking the building. The studio has air conditioning, but also a fan, if necessary.

Guests clean and maintain their own hygiene in their accommodation units. If someone needs towels, they can contact the owners. Bed linen is changed halfway through the stay (only if guests wish).

Owner's description
Stavros belongs to the municipality of Redina and was built in the shape of an amphitheater along the shores of Strimonikos Bay. It is also on the way to the Holy Mountain.

Your accommodation in Stavros allows you to enjoy the clear water, awarded the Blue Flag every year.

Accommodation consists of double, triple and quadruple studios and apartments for 5-8 people. All accommodation units have an equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, A / C, WiFi internet, hairdryer, anti-allergy mattresses, terrace and yard, and parking is available. It is located in the center, about 200m from the beach. Within walking distance there are markets, taverns and shops.

Before the guests enter the accommodation unit, the owners perform a complete cleaning. After that, the guests take care of maintaining their own hygiene. Bed linen is changed every five days (for stays of 10 nights), while towels are not provided.
