Our description
Sarizas Apartments is located at the entrance to Sivira, on a gentle hill, on the left before the beach.
It consists of one maisonette and seven apartments arranged in two buildings. Four four-bed apartments are 32m2, two five-bed apartments are 35m2, a large apartment (with three bedrooms) is 70m2, and a penthouse 80m2.
The four-bed and five-bed apartments have a separate bedroom with one double and a single bed, while the other room has a sofa bed.
Large three bedroom apartment located on the ground floor. In the bedrooms there are two single beds (which can be connected), while in the living room there are two sofa beds.
The maisonette has a capacity of eight to ten people, has two rooms on the ground floor and the same number on the first floor. On the ground floor there are a double bed and a sofa in one room, and three single beds in the other. Upstairs in one room there are bunk beds and a single bed, and in the other a single bed and an armchair. The kitchen and bathroom are upstairs. The maisonette has two refrigerators, a washing machine, one air conditioner and a fan (as well as other apartments), two entrances and exits, a terrace and a veranda.
All apartments and penthouses have an equipped kitchen with refrigerator and a small stove with oven. The large apartment does not have a stove, but a stove, but if necessary, the owner can provide it. The bathroom has a shower without curtains. Upstairs accommodation has a partial sea view. If necessary, the owner can provide a hair dryer and iron, as well as a laundry service at no extra cost.
An extra bed with a standard mattress can be added to all accommodation units. Towels and linen are changed every four days, while guests clean their own apartments.
The beach is 80m away, the center is 50m, and the nearest supermarket and bakery are 30m from the accommodation. Small pets are welcome if guests bring their sleeping basket.
Sarizas Apartments was built in 1995, is in good condition and is regularly maintained. It looks modest, so it is recommended to less demanding guests who prefer a quiet holiday near the beach and all the facilities offered by this nice place.

Breakfast is available on request. There is a bathroom with a constant flow of hot water. All apartments are equipped with refrigerator, kitchen with oven, air conditioning (on request), TV, WiFi internet, toilet and all kitchen equipment and utensils (glasses, plates, kitchen equipment). Each apartment has two balconies, front and side. All apartments have sea, sunset and mountain views. Around the apartment there is a garden with barbecue which is available to guests.
The part where the apartments are located is in the center of the village and it is very quiet here because they are not near the public central road, and they are 100 meters away from the beach. Instead, there is a private path to the apartments as well as private parking. Also, our building is right next to the children's playground where your children can play.
Breakfast and / or meals are not available in the apartments, but at a distance of less than 50 meters you can find breakfast or food in many cafeterias and bars.
For large families or friends, you can rent an independent two-story house. We can also offer you a large apartment on the ground floor (80m2) which has a living room / kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and can accommodate from 7 to 9 people. These houses are equipped like other apartments and are located in the same part. The apartment on the ground floor has no air conditioning because it is surrounded by greenery and is located in the shade.
