Our description

Alexandros maisonettes are located at the entrance to Polychrono, about 350m from the beach and about 500m from the center of town. It is a complex consisting of six apartments on two levels (maisonettes) of which three maisonettes are 150sqm and three are 120sqm.

The three-room maisonettes have three bedrooms, and the layout of the beds is different. Some have a double bed, a bunk bed, two single beds, and since the apartments are large, there is the possibility of inserting a few extra beds with a mattress that is thinner than standard.

On the floor where all three bedrooms are located, there is a spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi.

On the ground floor of the maisonette is a large living room with a sofa where you can sleep and a space for inserting the mentioned extra beds. A screen separating it from the kitchen can be placed in the living room to gain privacy. There is another bathroom on the ground floor of the maisonette.

There is also a large and fully equipped kitchen with utensils and dishes, as well as a toaster, an electric kettle, a large fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, and a microwave is available on request. The maisonettes have a large veranda on the ground floor. Smaller penthouses (with two bedrooms) have the same layout and the same contents as the large ones, with a smaller room.

Wireless internet is not available in all areas. Private parking exists. There is a small children's pool, but it is very small and rarely used. The hairdryer is available on request as well as a baby cot. The sea can be seen from the terrace. Wheelchair users can be accommodated on the ground floor of the apartment. Pets up to 5k weight are welcome. All penthouses have their own washing machine. The terraces are spacious (8 square meters). Guests can use the barbecue in the yard.

Bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days, and guests take care of hygiene during their stay.

If you want to spend holidays with friends in the same accommodation Alexandros maisonettes can be a good choice. They are a bit out of place, not in an attractive location, but they are a few minutes walk from the beach and promenade and other facilities in Polychron.

The maisonettes of Alexandros consist of 6 luxury villas in Polychrono, Halkidiki, 80 km from Thessaloniki Airport. In the beautiful green surroundings, 300 meters from the beach, you can enjoy your summer vacation. Free parking and a small children’s pool are at your disposal. There are maisonettes with three and two bedrooms and a large living room. Three bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people, a sofa bed in the living room for 2 more people, but since the penthouses have a total area of 150 square meters, they can accommodate 4 extra beds.

The two maisonettes have one double bed and one room with two bunk beds, and two more beds can be added. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two with the possibility of inserting another bed. In 2016, the owners started arranging the space for the pool on the adjacent plot. On the ground floor of each maisonette is a spacious living room with TV and a large equipped kitchen. Each maisonette has an exit to the yard and two bathrooms.
