Accommodation is located at the entrance to Polychrono, on the left side from the direction of Thessaloniki (out of town). It is 700-800 m away from the center of Polychron, and 50 m from the beach.

The building contains 9 + 1 accommodation units, ie. maisonette. Of these, four penthouses are 75m2, five penthouses 55m2 and one separate apartment has an area of about 50m2 (traditional house).

6 bed maisonette, size 75m2, consist of upper and lower part. In the lower part there is a large kitchen with the necessary utensils as well as a standard stove, refrigerator and coffee maker. The lower part of the apartment consists of two sofas, a dining table and a wardrobe. The bathroom is also located in the lower part of the accommodation unit and has a shower with a curtain. Upstairs are two bedrooms. One bedroom contains one double bed and is separated by a sliding door. The second bedroom also has one double bed and a large terrace. The capacity of these apartments is 3 + 3. These penthouses do not have fenced internal stairs, and the entrance to them is on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are smaller penthouses (55m2) - 4 Bed Apartment, Loft. In the lower part there are two sofas, a kitchen with the necessary utensils, a small stove, as well as a refrigerator. The lower part of the maisonette has access to the terrace. Stairs leading to the upper part are placed along the wall. The attic (upper part of the maisonette) has no exit to the terrace, and consists of one double bed and an extra bed. The capacity of these smaller penthouses is 2 + 2.

Apartments (55m2) have their own washing machines, while apartments (75m2) have one in common.

The smallest apartment (50m2) is furnished in a traditional style and contains one double bed, one single bed and a sofa. It is newer than the others - it was built in 2017. The capacity of this apartment is up to five people.

All apartments have a kitchen, air conditioning, TV, shower with curtain, mosquito nets and internet (free). At the request of guests, the owner offers a hair dryer, iron and baby cot, parasols and deck chairs. (All services are free).

Accommodation units are cleaned once a week, while towels and linen are changed every three days, but bed linen can be changed more often at an additional cost.

The yard is extremely landscaped with natural shade and has two exits, one to the main road and the other to the side road. In the yard there is a covered parking lot, as well as a playground for children, barbecue and summer house.

The beach located not far from the accommodation (50m) is slightly pebbly with a gradual entrance to the sea (in the water there are large stones).

We recommend accommodation for all ages, especially for families with children. The accommodation is in excellent condition.

Between the green pine forests of Kassandra and the intense blue of the sea in Halkidiki, we have built a new small maisonette complex, located in one of the most beautiful places in Polychron, in the area of Gerani. Only 40m from the beach, the rooms are wrapped in sea breeze and scents from the courtyard, with bright colors and freshness, equipped with modern furniture, sea views and a warm feeling of hospitality.

Akrathos Houses consists of nine new penthouses and was first opened in 2008. It is located on an area of about 1.2 hectares and gives its guests the feeling of being at home, while at the same time enjoying the facilities and amenities of the hotel. Between the room and the sea view, in the luxurious courtyard there is an elegant wooden barbecue for independent preparation of summer lunches and dinners and a spacious place for rest and relaxation. Along the way you go directly to the golden hotel beach, with clear open sea, sand and pebbles, where you will find free deck chairs and parasols. Free Wi-Fi, a parking space, a balcony and small backyard gardens with colorful tables and chairs that accentuate the cheerful summer atmosphere are just some of the amenities at this complex.

The rooms are divided into two types, A and B, and are housed in a new, modern building. The facilities are designed to offer their guests all the benefits and a sense of welcome, peaceful surroundings, the sounds of the sea and greenery, thus giving meaning to the summer. With modern furniture and colored textiles, colorful lighting, clean, bright and tidy studios enable an independent pleasant stay.

Apartment type A is suitable for accommodation 4-6, has an area of 75m2 and has a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, ceramic stove, refrigerator, toaster, kettle), plasma TV, washing machine, living room with two sofas, table for four people, bedrooms on the second floor (bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with bunk bed and small double bed), three air conditioners, balcony and yard on the ground floor.

Apartment type Β is suitable for 2-4 people, 55m2 and has a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, oven with three hobs, dishes), plasma TV, living room with two sofa, table for four people, in the gallery bedroom with double bed, two air conditioners, balcony.
