Our description
Ioanna Villa is located between Nikiti and Metamorphosis, about 1km from the center of Nikiti and about 350 meters from the nearest beach. It was built in 1995 and renovated in 2015. It is surrounded by a spacious and fenced yard, provided with a special mechanism, so that the safety of guests is guaranteed. Within the yard there is a parking lot large enough for all guests of this accommodation, deck chairs where guests can enjoy the peace and privacy of this beautifully decorated space, shower, barbecue and summer house with TV, swings and playground for children.

Accommodation consists of a total of seven accommodation units, of which five are located in the central house, and two in smaller buildings next to it. They have three apartments (50m2), one penthouse and a studio of about 35m2. All accommodation units are air conditioned and have single beds and a TV.

The judges are under numbers 1, 6 and 7. Studio number 1 is located on the ground floor of the main house, has two single beds and an extra bed located in the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Studio No. 6 is on the ground floor next to the main house, has three single beds and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a separate, private balcony where guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the courtyard. Studio No. 7 is located at the other end of the yard, next to the summer house, and it is the smallest accommodation unit of this building. This studio has two single beds and an equipped kitchen separated by an accordion door from a small bathroom without a shower. This studio does not have a balcony.

Maisonette No. 3 has two bedrooms on the upper level, with two single beds in each and an extra bed on the lower level, in the kitchen area. Both levels have air conditioning, and this accommodation unit has a large and beautiful balcony overlooking the courtyard.

Apartment No. 4 is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms with two single beds in each and an extra bed in the kitchen. Features a private balcony with table and chairs. Apartment number 5 is on the second floor and is decorated the same as apartment number 4.

Once a week, the owners bring towels and linen to change, and guests are provided with room cleaning supplies.

This accommodation can be a perfect choice for undemanding families with children who come by their own transport, primarily due to the high security that this facility provides. In the owner's office, guests can buy excellent quality olives and homemade olive oil produced by the owners.

Nikiti is a small village in Sithonia. Our villa is located between Metarmofosija and Nikiti and its convenient location offers the possibility of visiting many places in Halkidiki. In Nikiti you can find shops, taverns and a large number of cafes. Our villa is especially suitable for tourists who want to relax in a pleasant atmosphere.

Villa Joana is located 800m from Nikiti, 90km from Thessaloniki airport 90km and 450m from the beach.

We offer furnished apartments and studios with one or two bedrooms (maximum 5 people), large and well-equipped kitchen, TV and air conditioning, toilet and a spacious balcony overlooking the sea or yard. The apartments are surrounded by a beautifully landscaped yard with lots of flowers and trees. There is also a wooden summer house with a barbecue, with tables and chairs, and private parking and a children’s playground are available. Wi-Fi is available in the area around Villa Ioanna. Towels and bed linen are changed once a week.

Also, the apartment has air conditioning (in the center of the apartment), TV, bathroom (with shower, toilet, hot water available 24 hours), hair dryer, table and chairs on a private balcony on the ground floor view of the courtyard.

No. 3 (duplex apartment) is located on the first and second floor. It has two bedrooms (on the second floor) with two beds each, one extra bed in a fully equipped kitchen (on the first floor) with a large refrigerator, an electric stove with oven, utensils, plates and utensils. Also, the apartment has air conditioning (on both floors), TV, bathroom (with shower, toilet, hot water available 24 hours), hair dryer. In addition, the apartment has a balcony with table and chairs, which offers a beautiful view of the yard and the sea.

No. 7 (studio) is located on the ground floor, near the part with bar and barbecue, in a separate room in the main building, in the area of Villa Joana. It has a bedroom with three single beds and a fully equipped mini kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove with oven, utensils, plates and utensils. Also, the studio has air conditioning, TV, bathroom (with shower and toilet), hair dryer. In addition, the apartment has a private balcony with table and chairs on the ground floor, overlooking the courtyard.
