Our description

Accommodation is located in the center, not far from the port and promenade, and only 50m from the beach. It is more recent (built in 2007/2008) and has six studios and two duplex apartments.

Three studios (no. 3,5,6) have accommodation capacity for two people, have two single beds, which can be connected, while three (no. 1,2,4) accommodation capacity for two adults and two children, has a double bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped, has a stove and refrigerator. If necessary, a stove with an oven can be requested from the owner. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The studios have an area of 20-35m2.

All studios are located on the ground floor, 70cm below ground level; they don't have a terrace, but there is a space where they can dry things. The apartments are upstairs.

The apartments have two separate bedrooms (one has a double bed and the other has a drawer bed). The living room has a seating area (two sofas and an armchair or a corner sofa) and an LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a large refrigerator, stove with oven and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The apartments are 60-70m2, and unlike the studios, have terraces, which are very spacious.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and feature a TV, mosquito nets and a safety deposit box. If someone needs a hair dryer or fan, they can contact the owners.

Hygiene of studios and apartments, in the form of cleaning and changing towels is done every 2 days, while bed linen is changed every 4 days.

Epinio is a very good choice, if you decide to spend your vacation in Nikiti, because it has a great location and is close to all necessary facilities (close to the Smile market, taverns and restaurants).

The beautiful and traditional village of Nikiti, located in Sithonia in Halkidiki, is surrounded by true nature.

In this place, near the port and the big beach in Nikiti, in 2007 we built the house Epinio.

The house has very comfortably and exclusively equipped apartments and studios. They have a bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchen with refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. They have family rooms where all children are welcome. It can accommodate 2-4 people. Bed linen and towels, clothes rack, kitchen with utensils and refrigerator are provided.

Studio no. 1, 2, 4 can accommodate 2-4 people. Studio no. 3, 5, 6 can accommodate 2 people. Judges have: air conditioning, TV, chairs and table, kitchen with kettle, all utensils and refrigerator, wireless internet, change of towels every two days, change of bed linen every four days.

Apartment no. 1 can accommodate up to 5 people. Apartment no. 2 can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartments have: air conditioning, LCD TV, chairs and table, refrigerator, kitchen with kettle and all utensils, wireless internet, washing machine, stove, change of towels every two days, change of bed linen every four days.
