Accommodation The Meltemaki Apartments are located in the small fishing village of Nea Skioni, right on the waterfront.

After turning into Nea Skioni, descend towards the sea to the street that is parallel to the sea. Turn right and continue straight for another 400m until you see a house on the left.

Meltemaki consists of 10 apartments that can be double (21m2), triple (32m2) and quadruple (40-42m2). There are only two double apartments and they do not have a sea view, while everyone else has. All apartments have single beds, and the two are always connected to form a double bed.

The apartments are air conditioned, have spacious terraces and internet access, but the signal in two two-bed apartments is slightly worse. Three-bed and four-bed apartments have two terraces. The kitchens are fully equipped with the necessary utensils, a stove with three hobs and an oven. The bathrooms have small bathtubs without curtains. Laundry basins are also provided.

Towels and linen are changed in the middle of the stay, and guests take care of maintaining hygiene in the apartments.

The front yard is paved, while the back yard is grassy and full of flowers. A little lower than the yard is a gallery by the sea, where for each apartment there are two deck chairs, one parasol and one small table. There is a shower right next door.

The beach in front of the house is rocky, so it is not very suitable for children. The sandy parts of the beach are 40, 70 and 150 meters away.

There is no private parking, but guests park not far from the accommodation. A supermarket is 150m away and a bakery about 100m.

It is only 4 kilometers away from the thermal waters of Sv. Friday known for its therapeutic properties. All apartments have a terrace with beautiful sea views (except double) and lush forests in the mountains. With awnings over the verandas, all have an individual, fully equipped kitchen for their own food preparation, individual bathroom, TV, air conditioning and internet access. A warm, pleasant, hospitable environment and impeccable cleanliness will take your breath away. Umbrellas on the beach are available for enjoyment and relaxation.

Meltemaki as a starting point allows you to visit the entire island of Kassandra. Each village has a different landscape with its own cobbled streets and charming traditional houses. It is recommended to visit the church of the Virgin Mary Faneromeni, the thermal springs of St. Friday, the traditional village of Afitos, the beaches of Hruso, the shores of Glarocavo, Ageopelagitike, Flegre ... as well as enjoying the music and theater performances of well-known artists in the Sivirius amphitheater, located in the lush forests. You can also go on a day cruise around Mount Athos.

Rooms-apartments Meltemaki are located in the beautiful coastal village of Nea Skioni, in the southernmost part of Kassandra, 110 km from Thessaloniki. Here are the best places for fishing in Halkidiki and the other main port on the peninsula.
