Our description

Bellos Apartments is located right on the waterfront, in the small fishing village of Nea Skioni.

It consists of a total of 10 double suites, with two single beds connected into one French (twin). Eight apartments have a sea view, and the remaining two are economy types, because the sea view partially obscures the roof of the house in front. These two apartments also have a lower price.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary utensils, refrigerator, stove with two hobs and a small oven. The bathrooms are small and do not have a fenced tub. The terraces are spacious, with seating.

On the ground floor there is one large apartment that can accommodate 5 people. The apartment is spacious, has a bedroom with a double bed (no terrace, only a small window), one single bed and a sofa bed for two people in the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, refrigerator and stove. In front of the apartment is a sofa, above the awning, there is no fenced terrace, but the apartment has its own small paved yard. Also, in front of the apartment there is a lot of greenery that creates shade and provides privacy to guests in this apartment.

All apartments have internet access, TV and mosquito nets. Towels and linen are changed every 5 days, and guests take care of the hygiene of their apartment.

There is a beautiful lawn with many flowers in the yard, and a paved path leads to a summer house by the sea. There are tables and chairs, as well as deck chairs that guests are free to use. In the yard are two barbecues and a shower.

Apartments Bellos are about 150m away from the beach, and the same distance from the market and bakery.

Apartments Bellos are located on the seafront in Nea Skioni. They consist of 10 air-conditioned apartments (4 double and 6 triple) with sea and mountain views. All apartments have a TV, mosquito net, equipped terrace, kitchenette with mini fridge, mini oven and cooking stove. The property is set in a garden, and a stone-paved path leads to a covered paved courtyard on the waterfront with barbecue facilities, tables and chairs.

The ground floor apartment has 50m2 and is suitable for a family of four with small children because it has a direct exit to the yard where your children can play carefree.

Nea Skioni is located on the southwest coast of Kassandra at a distance of 120km from Thessaloniki, and has 950 inhabitants. Nea Skioni is located 5km from the thermal springs Loutra - Agia Paraskevi, 5km from Hanioti, about 14km from Possidi and 14km from Paliouri. The place has the largest port on Kassandra, where there are a large number of fishing boats that sail out for fresh fish every morning. Several taverns and restaurants make this place very attractive. The place has a wide sandy beach awarded the Blue Flag. The first weekend in August is reserved for the traditional sardine festival held in the port. The festival lasts for three days, and on the last day, all visitors were treated to free meals of fresh sardines and wine, as well as a rich cultural program. People from the surrounding places come here that day. The thermal springs are located in Agia Paraskevi in Halkidiki, at a distance of 4km from Nea Skioni.
