Our description
Accommodation is located in the second row from the sea, about 50m from the (arranged) beach and 100m from the center of Nea Potidea. It exudes ethno style and is decorated in a combination of stone and wood.

Niko House has 18 accommodation units, of which three are maisonettes and two duplex apartments (50m2) for 5-6 people, and the rest are studios (25m2). Two maisonettes have two air conditioners each, and a shower in the bathroom. Apartments and studios have a shower with a curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a refrigerator, microwave and stove. Accommodation units are air conditioned, have satellite TV, safe, hair dryer, mosquito nets and awnings, and internet is good in all rooms. Cleaning, as well as change of bed linen and towels is done in the middle of the stay.

Laundry service is charged (9kg at a price of 10 euros).

The yard is beautifully decorated and fenced, it exudes the Greek spirit, and when the candles on the tables are lit in the evening, it turns into a romantic corner. It also has a shared kitchen, ideal for larger groups or families, as well as a shower.

Private parking is not provided, but guests can leave their vehicle nearby, under the balcony.

The nearest market and bakery are at a distance of 70m.

Niko House is a great choice for families with children, as well as couples who want good accommodation in a quiet location, close to the beach and the center.

The Niko Haus hotel complex is located in Nea Potidea, 50 km from Thessaloniki Macedonia Airport, on Kassandra, the first finger of Halkidiki. Near the beach, in a quiet, family environment adorned with flowers and greenery, you will find a building with 16 comfortable and traditional apartments, built of wood and stone. The apartments are suitable for 2 to 6 people with all the necessary comfort. The services are at a high level, with many years of experience and an aesthetic approach to catering. The complex is located near supermarkets, taverns and cafes.

The complex has 16 fully equipped apartments with a capacity of 2-6 people, built in a traditional style, with all the amenities, accentuated details, and are characterized by cleanliness and impeccable service.
