Owner's description
On the south coast of Kefalonia, in the beautiful area of Kato Livathos, just a few kilometers from Argostoli, we have created a place that will offer you the most beautiful vacation. Surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, our newly built house consists of six comfortable, elegantly decorated apartments to make you feel at home.

Near the accommodation there is a unique beach Klimatsia which can be reached quickly and easily. You can also enjoy delicious, traditional dishes in local taverns or drink cocktails in a hospitable atmosphere that only we, Kefalonians, know how to create.

All apartments have free internet access and two separate rooms (bedroom and kitchen with dining area), bathroom and balcony with beautiful views of the Ionian Sea and the island of Zakynthos. All rooms are air conditioned, with TVs and fully equipped.

Spartia Beach is 500m away, ie. only 1 minute by car and the port of Pesada, from where you can use the ferry to Zakynthos, is 5 minutes away.
