Owner's description

Tasos Resort is a villa with 4 apartments for rent, on a property of 4km2 with pine trees, palm trees and olive trees. It is ideally positioned in a quiet part between the villages - Hanioti and Polychron on the Kassandra peninsula, in Halkidiki. Right in front of the villa lies a beach with white sand and deep, blue sea. The view from the villa is towards the sea and the Sithonia peninsula.

The apartments have one to three rooms and all are ground floor. The property has a yard, playground for children and showers outside. The exterior is ideal for children's recreation in a safe environment. For this reason, apartments are often rented by families. In the courtyard, guests can use stone tables with umbrellas and have a drink and sit among flowers and palm trees just 15m from the beach. Furthermore, each apartment has its own terrace / veranda that guests can use. Finally, a separate parking lot of 1200m2, free wifi and washing machine are also available to guests.

The distance from the settlement is 1.5 km by asphalt road through the populated area, so it is suitable for walking. While walking or cycling to the village, you can come across various shops, restaurants, taverns, bars, cafes, etc.

The apartments are fully equipped. Air conditioning is in each room, satellite TV, refrigerator, kitchen, stove, microwave. Guests bring their own cleaning and hygiene products (products, detergents, soaps, shampoos, towels, etc.) and clean themselves. Also, 2 washing machines are available for use.

Apartment 1 - (50cm below ground level-basement)

One bedroom, kitchen with living room fully equipped, bathroom, TV. Views of the sea and the yard. It can accommodate up to 5 people.
The apartment is in the basement by 4 steps compared to the apartments on the ground floor and the rooms are slightly lower, low ceiling, compared to standard. It has one room with one double bed and one single bed. In the living room with kitchen there is a sofa that opens and becomes a bed. Another bed can be added in the same room, on request. All rooms of this apartment have a view of the sea and the yard.

Apartment 2

Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, wide terrace with barbecue, TV. View of the sea and the yard. It can accommodate up to 9 people.
It has a large terrace / porch and there is a barbecue. The kitchen, living room and terrace overlook the sea and the yard. The apartment has 3 rooms. The first has 2 beds with the possibility of adding a third for one child. The other has 2 beds. The third also has 2 beds. The living room has 2 large sofas that can be opened and be like beds.

Apartment 3

One bedroom, kitchen connected to the living room, bathroom, terrace and additional space next to the villa, TV. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
This apartment has one room with 2 beds, a living room with a kitchen where there are also 2 beds, and a bathroom. The bedroom and living room with kitchen have a side view of the building. The apartment has a terrace overlooking the sea and the yard.

Apartment 4

Two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, hallway, equipped kitchen, wide terrace on the side of the villa overlooking the sea and the yard, TV. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
It has 2 rooms. In one there are 3 beds, while in the other there are 2 beds. If necessary, another extra bed can be added in the hallway. It has a kitchen and a bathroom. The porch of this apartment has 2 tables with large umbrellas where you can sit and enjoy the view of the sea and the yard.
