Sveta Marina is a small place located on the eastern coast of Istria, a few kilometers from the town of Labin.
It is located in an attractive position, away from the sea 150m, from the first beach 350m, from the market and restaurants 150m. The area of the apartment is 55 m2 and is the only apartment in the house.
Its untouched nature and especially the purity of the sea is something that gives this place a special charm.
St. Marina is ideal for those looking for rest and relaxation away from the city crowds. The location itself is very familiar to all diving lovers and ideal for other sports such as cycling, windsurfing.
There are several beaches adorned by turquoise blue sea surrounded by pine forests.
There are two pleasant restaurants available in the place and where you can enjoy the specialties of Istrian and traditional continental cuisine.

It consists of 2 separate bedrooms and kitchen with living room, it should be noted that there are no other apartments in the house.
The apartment has air conditioning, TV, satellite, microwave, all necessary bedding. In front of the house there is a spacious parking lot.
It is 8 km away from the first major city (Labin), where there are supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies, bank, post office. The nearest airport is 60 km away, located in Pula. Labin is a story in itself, suffice it to say a real medieval Istrian town on a hill. From other nearby places within about 10 km. Rabac is located; one of the pearls of Kvarner.
