Mavarštica is a small village and lagoon, situated on the south side of the island of Ciovo, 1 km from Okrug Donji and 5 km from the city of Trogir. From the lagoon Mavarštica, there is a marvelous view at middle-dalmatian islands Šolta and Brač. Gorgeous beaches, peace and clear sea, beautiful nature and great atmosphere are perfect for those who prefer peaceful family vacation. The house is located in Okrug Gornji. The place Okrug Gornji stretches from the bay to lagoon Mavarstica. Our house is located next to the sea, 10 meters away.

Splendid villa with 2 apartments for rent, each apartment has 120 m2, 100 m2 and 20 m2 flat terraces. The apartments have direct views of the sea, air conditioning in every room, SA / TV, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and are on the first floor of our villa.Beach is 10 meters away, It is a little bit rocky beach, but you have lots of enters and handrails, so It is very easy to enter into the sea. Also 100 meters from the house is beautiful sandy beach.

included in the price: rent, bed linen, kitchen with necessary crockery and cutlery, electricity, water and cleaning. A refrigerator, stove and sink are standard equipment. Pets are not allowed. At the house there is a swimming pool, which may however be used only by the home side. Unfortunately, the guests may not use the pool.
