Mavarštica is a small village and bay located on the south side of the island of Ciovo, 1 km from Okrug Donji and 5 km from the town of Trogir. From the Mavarštica lagoon there is a beautiful view of the central Dalmatian islands of Šolta and Brač. Beautiful beach, peace and clean sea, beautiful nature and great atmosphere are perfect for those who like a quiet family vacation. The house is located in Okrug Gornji. Okrug Gornji extends to the bay Mavarštica. Our house is located right by the sea, 10 meters.

Splendid villa with two apartments for rent, each apartment has 120 m2, 100 m2 apartment and 20 m2 terrace. The apartments have a direct sea view, air conditioning in each room, SA / TV, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and are on the first floor of our villa. The beach is 10 meters, it is a little rocky beach, but you have a lot of entrances and handrails, so it is very easy to enter the sea. Also 100 meters from the house there is a beautiful sandy beach.

included in the price: rent, bed linen, kitchen with necessary utensils and accessories, electricity, water and cleaning. Refrigerator, stove and sink are standard equipment. Pets are not allowed. Within the house there is a swimming pool, which, however, can only be used by the owners. Unfortunately, guests cannot use the pool.
