Private house is located on a hill, 30 m as the crow flies from the sea and the beach, and 5 min walk (approx. 150 m) to the beach.
Two spacious apartments, each of 100 m 2 are on the second floor.
The owner and family live on the first.
The owner is also a doctor of medicine, specialist in anesthesiology, resuscitation and intensive care (specialization at the Military Medical Academy), so he can help you at any time, God forbid.
