Our house is a beautiful holiday house built in 2013, located 200m above the beautiful bay Duboka near the picturesque, small coastal town of Milna on the island of Brac.
The house was built with great attention to detail in the original Dalmatian style and is equipped with modern and functional furniture.
The villa is spread over 600m2 of private land surrounded by stone walls.
Inside the stone wall of the fenced yard are the main house and the side house: just a few meters away from each other, connected by a stone path, form a unique whole.

In front of the house is dominated by a swimming pool filled with sea water with a large sunny terrace lined with other well-known BRAČ STONE, and modern furniture with sun loungers and outdoor shower.
For our guests who like to spend an active holiday, there is also table tennis, badminton court, 4 free bikes to explore the beautiful relaxing surroundings or can take a small boat or kayak trip and discover the surrounding bays whose beauty is truly breathtaking and gives the eye the perfect scenery. .

Behind the house is a barbecue where our dear guests will surely spend a lot of time enjoying Dalmatian specialties because within, covered with a canopy, there is a large wooden table and benches for about 10 people ..

With us you can really relax completely, enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the Dalmatian islands, enjoy the sounds of birds and fresh air.

Privacy is guaranteed, because from the sea to the Villa is a private road, and the house is surrounded by walls, olive trees, fruit trees, which further ensures your privacy.
We believe that your vacation will be truly unforgettable in untouched nature, clean air and sea, and that you will really feel relaxed after your stay in our Villa, which is away from the noise.
It is important to note that the house is solar powered (Eco friendly) - which in no way limits the needs of modern man, because there is more than enough energy for everyday needs.
